Is there any disruption expected?
GoGo Xpress remains committed to serving our valued customers. We are working closely with our delivery partners to provide solutions for urgent shipments.
Additionally, we have made an alternative transport modes and route solutions to support our customers and minimize the consequences of disruptions especially on provincial deliveries.
I want to make sure that the package that I will receive is safe. Do you have safety measures in place for your delivery staff?
Yes, packages delivered are safe. We have a system in place to ensure end-to-end safety of deliveries and are observing preventive measures to safeguard the health of our logistics and warehouse staff. Click HERE to see our health and safety measures in place.
What happens with my package if my delivery is not deliverable due to community quarantine?
Deliveries that are unable to proceed due to Enhanced Community Quarantine shall be kept in our delivery hubs for safekeeping, until delivery operations on your area resumes.
Do you still pick-up and deliver even if there is a nationwide community quarantine?
Yes, but limited to certain areas at the moment. You may view the list of affected and serviceable areas HERE. Rest assured that we are constantly monitoring the situation in order for us to provide on-time updates as needed.
Can I still drop-off my item/s at LBC branch?
Our LBC Drop-off service is temporarily on hold, effective March 24 until further notice.
Will my earnings be disbursed?
Yes. Since our disbursement process is bank to bank transfer, this will not be affected. The standard disbursal schedule will still follow.
When will I receive the packages that were supposed to be returned to me?
Once the Enhanced Community Quarantine has been lifted, all pending items for return will be processed.
