Are there any fees for RTS transactions?
Last updated on January 31st, 2023 at 02:41 pm
Yes. Effective August 12, 2020, items/s that were not accepted within the predetermined delivery schedule are subject to a Service Fee equivalent to Shipping plus Item Protection Fees. Said Service Fee shall be deducted from your earnings upon disbursal, or billed to you if deduction is not applicable and must be paid within 7 calendar days upon receipt of billing. Otherwise, your account is subject to review and/or suspension.
To avoid RTS, please make sure to put the recipient information such as name, contact number, and delivery address. Make sure as well that you have advised your buyer of how much to prepare and when to expect their delivery. You may share the tracking link with your recipient so you can both track the status of the delivery.
