How can I update my GoGo Xpress disbursement bank account?

Here are the steps to easily update your disbursement bank account via the GoGo Xpress app:
- Log in to your GoGo Xpress app
- Go to your PROFILE
- Choose PAYOUT BANK ACCOUNT
- Click the ‘REPLACE BANK ACCOUNT’ button
- Select your preferred bank account

You may still use XPay as your disbursal account for your GoGo Xpress transactions up to February 27, 2023. Beginning February 28, 2023, you can still login and access your XPay account to view transactions and payment details only. Access to both the XPay website and app will no longer be available by March 30, 2023

All pending disbursements will be processed on or before March 6, 2023.

Your funds will be disbursed to your new bank account after 5 banking days from the date of delivery.

If you are using XPay for your GoGo Xpress COD disbursements, we strongly recommend that you open a new bank account since XPay will no longer be available by March 30, 2023.

What will happen if I forget to withdraw my remaining balance after XPay gets decommissioned?

For those with balances in their XPay account, we will implement a debit freeze. In order to withdraw or transfer out the remaining funds , you will need to contact the EON team directly to request lifting of freezed account to enable this action. Below are the customer service channels of EON:
