When you sign up, you can already begin transacting! Complete or book deliveries easily by sending an order form to you buyers. Once everything’s good to go, all you have to do is wait for your package to be delivered!
Anyone who wants to sell something online and needs a delivery-with-payment service, or just delivery, can use GoGo Xpress.
New users (without a CheckMeOut, XPost or Paylink account)
After downloading the application, click on “Register Now”, fill in your name, email, mobile number and set an account password.
CheckMeOut users (without an XPost or Paylink account)
If you are an existing CheckMeOut user, GoGo’s got you! You won’t need to sign with a new account. Simply login to your CheckMeOut dashboard where you’ll find your activation link. Click on the button, set a new password, and once submitted your GoGo Xpress account is ready to go!
If you prefer to have a different login for GoGo Xpress, just ignore the activation request and proceed to create a new account on GoGo Xpress.
XPost or Paylink user
If you are an XPost or PayLink user, simply login using your existing XPost or PayLink account credentials.
If you wish to have a separate login for GoGo Xpress, just create a new account instead.
Creating a GoGo Xpress account is easy and no documents are required. However, you need a valid email address and mobile number, which will be verified before you can successfully send order forms or book deliveries.
In order for GoGo Xpress to deliver your items successfully and give you proper updates regarding order statuses, you will need a valid email address and mobile number. These are required before you can successfully book a delivery.
On the Account tab of the app, select Manage Password, and follow the steps for changing your password.
If you forget your password during login or are having problems logging in, simply click on Forgot Password on the login screen.
No need to worry, because we have already sent email and SMS invites to all existing CheckMeOut users. However, if you didn’t, you can simply login to your CheckMeOut account dashboard, click on the activation link, set a password and your CheckMeOut account information will be ported over to GoGo Xpress.
Sept. 20, 2019 (Friday) will be the last day of booking orders on CheckMeOut. After this, all your active CheckMeOut order links will then expire but you may still view your transactions and earnings history, including tracking status of all your shipments until November 30, 2019.
CheckMeOut will be redirected to GoGo Xpress starting December 1, 2019.
Unfortunately, CheckMeOut product links will expire and will not work on GoGo Xpress. However, all your transactions and earnings history, including tracking status of your shipments will remain viewable in your CheckMeOut account until November 30, 2019.
GoGo Xpress will run on a different platform from CheckMeOut, as such your order history will not be viewable on GoGo Xpress.
GoGo Xpress doesn’t support plug-ins at the moment. This is a feature that we will be rolling out soon.
GoGo Xpress is designed for one-to-one transactions between a seller and a buyer, where price negotiations are expected to have happened and agreed upon prior to booking a delivery or order confirmation. As such, GoGo Xpress doesn’t support seller-to-buyer discounts and promo codes. But be assured that this is a feature that we considered for future service enhancements.
For Claims on incomplete or damaged orders: The Claim must be made within 24 hours from the date of delivery to the recipient or date of return to the Seller.
Claims for damaged items where the delivery of the item has been fulfilled as evidenced by a duly acknowledged proof of delivery (POD) from our partner courier is generally not accepted; such claims will be settled by the Seller directly with the Buyer.
For Claims on Undelivered orders where the package is still In-Transit, except if confirmed as Return-To-Sender (RTS) orders, this must be filed within the 20th to the 30th day from pick-up date or drop-off.
You can file a claim by fully accomplishing the Claims form. Fill out the form for every transaction and incident, which can be downloaded here. Fill out the form completely, along with the supporting documents and email to [email protected].
You will need to provide the following: pick up receipt (for the Seller), screenshot of the order page with the tracking information; photo of the damaged item/s received by the buyer.

- Delivery Commencement Date
- Attach applicable supporting documents:

- Screenshot of the order page with the tracking information
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging in all angles

- GoGo Xpress reserves the right to require additional documents and/or information that are necessary in the proper evaluation of the claim.
Maximum claimable insurance claims for any incident is Php 15,000 only.
Delivery and Orders

Yes, certain restrictions are imposed by cargo providers due to government regulations. Please click here to see the list of “prohibited items ”.
Items tagged “prohibited” for all modes of transport will be returned to the sellers.
Sellers must properly declare the contents of the packages. GoGo Xpress will not be held liable for the delay or non-delivery of the package due to mis-declaration of items.
You can track your orders by using our Tracking Tool. Just enter your 12-digit alphanumeric tracking number and it will display the status of your order.
We know you can’t wait to schedule and reschedule pick-ups, but no worries! GoGo’s working on bringing this feature to you soon!
In the meantime, pick-up will be automatically scheduled on the next business day after you or your buyer confirms the transaction. Business days are from Monday to Saturday, except public holidays.
You will see the estimated pick-up date on the confirmation screen after you’ve created an order form or booked a delivery.
Yes. Cancellation is available for both Order Form and Book A Delivery transactions.
Steps to cancel a transaction:
1. Go to “Transactions” page on your GGX app.
2. On your transactions list, click on the transaction you want to cancel.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the transaction details and click the “Cancel Transaction” button.
4. Select your reason for cancellation and click “YES” to confirm cancellation.
Booked pick-ups cancellation must be done within the day of booking (before 12:00 midnight of the day of booking).
For LBC drop-offs, cancellation can be done within 48 hours of booking before it gets automatically cancelled if not successfully dropped-off.
To give your buyers a quicker check out process, you can send an order form directly to your buyer, and all they have to do is provide their delivery address and specify a payment method.
On your account home, tap “Send Order Form”, set your pick-up address, input your item details, then select the appropriate delivery combination to calculate the shipping and insurance fees. Once done, simply “Create and Send Form” to your buyer via SMS or your favorite Messenger Applications.
Once your buyer clicks on the order link, your buyer can fill it up with his/her delivery address and proceed to select the payment method. At the moment, GoGo Xpress only supports Cash On Delivery, but credit cards and online bank transfers will be supported in the future.
Nationwide delivery schedules are as follows: 3 days within Metro Manila and 5-7 days for provincial delivery addresses (excluding holidays and natural circumstances beyond one’s control). Items coming from any province to any destination will be covered by the 5-7-day provincial schedule.
You or your buyer will be provided with an estimated delivery date upon successful order confirmation or booking of a delivery.

Drop-off service will be available soon. Once launched, you will have the option to conveniently drop-off your items at the nearest Automated Drop-Off Machines (ADMs), selected MLhuillier branches, SM Makati Click and Collect Center, and select 7-11 branches.
You may also book an LBC drop-off via GoGo Xpress. However, since orders will be handled and fulfilled by LBC, the on-time delivery guarantee and claims policy of GoGo Xpress will not apply.

Due to LBC’s suspension of COD acceptance and deliveries, our LBC Drop-Off Service is temporarily unavailable until further notice.
All your confirmed transactions with corresponding tracking number can be viewed on the transactions tab of the GoGo Xpress application.

LBC Drop Off Service
Drop-off Service allows GoGo Xpress users to drop off their item/s for delivery at any LBC branch nationwide. Note that there’s a flat rate Drop off Fee of P150.00 that will be paid directly to the LBC branch.
Step 1. The drop off service is prompted once the item for pick-up and/or delivery is not a serviceable area of GoGo Xpress. Click to proceed with the drop off process.
Step 2. Make sure to pack your item/s properly and label with your 12-alphanumeric drop off reference code.
Step 3. Visit any LBC branch and inform the staff that you’re making a “Drop-off.”
Step 4. Make sure to collect your transaction receipt with LBC tracking number for your reference after your item/s has been collected and queued for processing and delivery.
Drop off Service is available at all LBC branches nationwide.
Yes, the Drop off fee that will be paid directly to the branch is P150.00 per drop-off transaction.

Yes, make sure that your item/s for delivery are safely packed.
However, sealing of the pouch will be done at the LBC branch where the drop off will be processed since the staff will still need to inspect the item. To avoid inconvenience, make sure your item isn’t classified as prohibited. See prohibited item list HERE

The branch will prepare your item/s for processing and deliver this to your buyer. Nationwide delivery schedule are as follows: 3 days within NCR and 5-7 days for provincial delivery addresses (excluding Sundays, National Holidays and natural circumstances beyond one’s control). Items coming from any province to any destination will be covered by the 7-day provincial schedule.
You have forty-eight (48) hours from the time you confirmed and received your order notification. If you do not perform the drop off within 48 hours, your order will be canceled.
Yes. LBC will send out SMS alerts to your buyer/s after the item is dropped off.
Payment and Payouts
We only accept cash payments for both deliveries (Cash On Delivery) and pick-ups (Pay Upon Pick-up). But no worries, because we’ll soon be offering credit card and online bank transfer payments soon! There are more payment options to come at GoGo Xpress.

We disburse payments daily, but transactions are processed and cleared within 3 days for BPI and 7 days for BPI Family Bank and other non-BPI bank accounts.
Your earnings will be automatically deposited to your nominated bank account according to our disbursal schedule.
Go to the “Earnings” section of the application and you’ll find the history of all your payouts. You may tap on an item to view the transaction numbers included in that particular payout.
Same Day Delivery
Same Day Delivery service allows customers to book a pick-up and have the item delivered to the recipient within the same day.
Same Day Delivery service is currently open to all GoGo Xpress users in NCR.
Same Day Delivery is available within the entire region of NCR.

Yes, all bookings made before 2PM Mondays through Saturdays will be delivered the same day.
If you book after the 2:00PM Same Day Delivery cut-off time, you will be scheduled for pick-up and delivery the next working day. Please be reminded, however, that we are closed on Sundays; so booking made after 2:00PM on Saturday up to Sunday will be picked-up and delivered on Monday.
Yes, we still accommodate Same Day pick-up and delivery on Saturdays. But we are closed on Sundays, hence bookings made after 2:00PM on Saturday and on Sunday will be scheduled for pick-up and delivery on Monday.
No, there won’t be additional charges for Same Day Delivery service. It’s still the same NCR rate of P120 per transaction; including the 1% or P15 valuation fee.
Cash on Delivery (COD) fee is also still free.
We usually pick-up within 2 hours from time of booking, plus 3 hours to deliver upon pick-up. However, due to the current CoVid-19 situation, we’re sure you can understand that we cannot make pick-up and delivery time promises at the moment.
Yes, your package will be processed for return the next working day. Note that returns are subject to a minimal Return-To-Sender fee of P35 per transaction.
We highly encourage you though to make sure your recipient is prepared to receive the parcel, especially now that we are all facing delivery challenges due to the enhanced lockdown situation in NCR.
Disbursements still follow our standard schedule of 3 banking days for Bank of the Philippine Islands, and 7 banking days for BPI Family Savings and other Non-BPI Bank accounts.
To avoid delays in disbursement, please make sure you input your correct bank account number. Please be advised that your bank account number is not the same as your ATM card number. For the time being, you may send documents or packages that do not exceed 18 inches (length) x 12 inches (width) x 2 inches (height) and maximum weight is 3 kg for delivery by motorcycle. But we will release bigger pouch sizes in the coming weeks.
We do not accept shipping that requires refrigeration or special handling, and cash or other items prohibited by applicable laws in the Philippines. You may refer to our Cargo Restriction Policy for further information about this.
While we can assure you that we will do our best to meet your requested delivery time, this is something we cannot promise. However, we will definitely arrive within the day to deliver your package to your recipient.
No, we will pick up any number of parcels as long as they were booked through the GoGo Xpress app. Please note, however, that our rider will only wait a maximum of 15 minutes for you to hand over your parcels, so please be mindful of this and be ready with your parcel/s when the rider arrives at your pick-up location.
We will only deliver once before initiating a return of your package back to you. So we encourage you to advise your recipient to expect their GoGo Xpress delivery within the day. We will support this with ample delivery notifications to your recipient. But out of respect for other customers, we can only wait a maximum of 15 mins for your recipient to receive the parcel.
Our goal is to aggressively expand Same Day Delivery and open outside NCR in the coming weeks. We will announce the areas as we open them via our Facebook page.
