Yes, creating your account on GoGo Xpress is absolutely free. No ifs, no buts!
When you sign up, you can already begin transacting! Complete or book deliveries easily by sending an order form to you buyers. Once everything’s good to go, all you have to do is wait for your package to be delivered!
Anyone who wants to sell something online and needs a delivery-with-payment service, or just delivery, can use GoGo Xpress.
New users (without a CheckMeOut, XPost or Paylink account)
After downloading the application, click on “Register Now”, fill in your name, email, mobile number and set an account password.
CheckMeOut users (without an XPost or Paylink account)
If you are an existing CheckMeOut user, GoGo’s got you! You won’t need to sign with a new account. Simply login to your CheckMeOut dashboard where you’ll find your activation link. Click on the button, set a new password, and once submitted your GoGo Xpress account is ready to go!
If you prefer to have a different login for GoGo Xpress, just ignore the activation request and proceed to create a new account on GoGo Xpress.
XPost or Paylink user
If you are an XPost or PayLink user, simply login using your existing XPost or PayLink account credentials.
If you wish to have a separate login for GoGo Xpress, just create a new account instead.
Creating a GoGo Xpress account is easy and no documents are required. However, you need a valid email address and mobile number, which will be verified before you can successfully send order forms or book deliveries.
In order for GoGo Xpress to deliver your items successfully and give you proper updates regarding order statuses, you will need a valid email address and mobile number. These are required before you can successfully book a delivery.
On the Account tab of the app, select Manage Password, and follow the steps for changing your password.
If you forget your password during login or are having problems logging in, simply click on Forgot Password on the login screen.
Bulk Order Upload
If you have multiple orders to book but don’t want to create the orders one by one, then GoGo Xpress’ Bulk Order Upload is for you. You can book up to 100 orders in one go.
Simply download the Bulk Order Upload template (XLSX), fill in the necessary order details, upload the template, and you’re done!
Yes, Bulk Order Upload is absolutely free to use.
Bulk Order Upload allows you up to a maximum of 100 transactions per upload. But there is no limit to the number of times you can upload.
No, you can only specify one Sender/Pick-up Address per upload.
The Bulk Order Upload Template is updated on a weekly basis. We recommend downloading the template once a week to ensure that you are always using the updated one.
For Claims on incomplete or damaged orders: The Claim must be made within 24 hours from the date of delivery to the recipient or date of return to the Seller.
Claims for damaged items where the delivery of the item has been fulfilled as evidenced by a duly acknowledged proof of delivery (POD) from our partner courier is generally not accepted; such claims will be settled by the Seller directly with the Buyer.
For Claims on Undelivered orders where the package is still In-Transit, except if confirmed as Return-To-Sender (RTS) orders, this must be filed within the 20th to the 30th day from pick-up date or drop-off.
You can file a claim by fully accomplishing the Claims form. Fill out the form for every transaction and incident, which can be downloaded here. Fill out the form completely, along with the supporting documents and email to [email protected].
You will need to provide the following: pick up receipt (for the Seller), screenshot of the order page with the tracking information; photo of the damaged item/s received by the buyer.
- The claimant can file a Claim email to [email protected] by sending the following information:
- Reason for Claim
- Tracking Number
- Delivery Commencement Date
- Attach applicable supporting documents:
- Pick up receipt
- Screenshot of the order page with the tracking information
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging in all angles
- Others documents as needed
- GoGo Xpress reserves the right to require additional documents and/or information that are necessary in the proper evaluation of the claim.
Unless further insured by you, the maximum insurance claim is at Php 500.00 per shipment. If you have opted to insure the full item value at booking, you may claim up to the value of the item.

Yes, certain restrictions are imposed by cargo providers due to government regulations. Visit our Cargo Restrictions, Prohibited Goods, and Packaging Policy for more information.
Items tagged “prohibited” for all modes of transport will be returned to the sellers.
Sellers must properly declare the contents of the packages. GoGo Xpress will not be held liable for the delay or non-delivery of the package due to mis-declaration of items.
You can track your orders by using our Tracking Tool. Just enter your 12-digit alphanumeric tracking number and it will display the status of your order.
We know you can’t wait to schedule and reschedule pick-ups, but no worries! GoGo’s working on bringing this feature to you soon!
In the meantime, pick-up will be automatically scheduled on the next business day after you or your buyer confirms the transaction. Business days are from Monday to Saturday, except public holidays.
You will see the estimated pick-up date on the confirmation screen after you’ve booked a delivery.
Yes. Cancellation is available for both Sell a Product and Book A Delivery transactions.
Steps to cancel a transaction:
1. Go to “Transactions” page on your GGX app.
2. On your transactions list, click on the transaction you want to cancel.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the transaction details and click the “Cancel Transaction” button.
4. Select your reason for cancellation and click “YES” to confirm cancellation.
Booked pick-ups cancellation must be done within the day of booking (before 12:00 midnight of the day of booking).
To give your buyers a quicker check out process, you can send an order form directly to your buyer, and all they have to do is provide their delivery address and specify a payment method.
On your account home, tap “Send Order Form”, set your pick-up address, input your item details, then select the appropriate delivery combination to calculate the shipping and insurance fees. Once done, simply “Create and Send Form” to your buyer via SMS or your favorite Messenger Applications.
Once your buyer clicks on the order link, your buyer can fill it up with his/her delivery address and proceed to select the payment method. At the moment, GoGo Xpress only supports Cash On Delivery, but credit cards and online bank transfers will be supported in the future.
Nationwide delivery schedules are as follows: 3 days within Metro Manila and 5-7 days for provincial delivery addresses (excluding holidays and natural circumstances beyond one’s control). Items coming from any province to any destination will be covered by the 5-7-day provincial schedule.
You or your buyer will be provided with an estimated delivery date upon successful order confirmation or booking of a delivery.

ITEM PROTECTION FEE
Your item is protected from loss or damage up to a maximum of Php 500.00 for Free! Should you wish to protect your item for a higher value, we will charge 1% the amount in excess of Php 500.00.
Item Protection Fee Sample Computation:
If declared value or item price is Php 600.00
Item protection fee will be 1% of Php 600.00 – Php 500.00
That is (Php 600.00 – Php 500.00) x 1% = Php 1.00

Effective August 12, 2020, all returns are subject to a Return-To-Sender (RTS) Fee equivalent to Shipping plus Valuation Fees. Said RTS Fee will be deducted from your earnings prior to disbursement.

GoGo Xpress doesn’t support multiple delivery points because it is designed for one-on-one sales transactions. For this capability and other business requirements and solutions, please visit XPost.
GoGo Xpress doesn’t support multiple pick-up points at this moment because it is designed for one-on-one sales transactions.
Drop-off service will be available soon. Once launched, you will have the option to conveniently drop-off your items at the nearest Automated Drop-Off Machines (ADMs), selected MLhuillier branches, SM Makati Click and Collect Center, and select 7-11 branches.
You may also book an LBC drop-off via GoGo Xpress. However, since orders will be handled and fulfilled by LBC, the on-time delivery guarantee and claims policy of GoGo Xpress will not apply.
We can pick up and deliver your items daily with the exception of Sundays and National Holidays.

We only accept cash payments for both deliveries (Cash On Delivery) and pick-ups (Pay Upon Pick-up). But no worries, because we’ll soon be offering credit card and online bank transfer payments soon! There are more payment options to come at GoGo Xpress.

We disburse payments daily, but successfully delivered transactions are processed and cleared as follows, starting April 8, 2021:

Your earnings shall automatically be deposited to your nominated bank account according to our disbursal and settlement schedules.
Go to the “Earnings” section of the application and you’ll find the history of all your payouts. You may tap on an item to view the transaction numbers included in that particular payout.
Return-to-Sender or RTS means that if a package could not be delivered for any reason, the package will be sent back to the indicated pick-up address of the shipper or seller.
Your transaction will be tagged for Return or RTS if we are not able to deliver them to your recipient. Some reasons unsuccessful deliveries are as follows:
- Your recipient or buyer was not available at time of delivery
- Your recipient or buyer refused to accept the delivery
- Our courier couldn’t locate the delivery address due to incomplete or incorrect address information
- Your package couldn’t be delivered bec the house/office/delivery address is closed
- Your recipient or buyer is not ready with their payment
Yes. Effective August 12, 2020, items/s that were not accepted upon first delivery attempt within the predetermined delivery schedule are subject to a Service Fee equivalent to Shipping plus Item Protection Fees. Said Service Fee shall be deducted from your earnings upon disbursal, or billed to you if deduction is not applicable and must be paid within 7 calendar days upon receipt of billing. Otherwise, your account is subject to review and/or suspension.
To avoid RTS, please make sure to put the recipient information such as name, contact number, and delivery address. Make sure as well that you have advised your buyer of how much to prepare and when to expect their delivery. You may share the tracking link with your recipient so you can both track the status of the delivery.
The return timeline depends on where the item is coming from. On average this can take up to 9 days from when the item has been tagged for return.
As a standard, we will attempt to deliver your package at least twice before tagging a package for return.

As long as you have an Android mobile phone, Valid Driver’s License, and Motorcycle, you can apply as one of our Rider Partners. List of requirements are listed once your application is complete.
Our Rider Management team will call or text you once there is an orientation schedule for your chosen hub location.
Due to stricter checkpoint for Sedan/4wheel cars, we highly suggest to use a motorcycle.
Same Day Pick-up
Same Day Pick Up service allows customers to have their items picked up the same day.
Same Day Pick Up is available in Metro Manila and Bacoor, Cavite for now.
Same Day Pick Up is currently available to GoGo Xpress users with pick-up address in Metro Manila and Bacoor, Cavite for now.
It is available through the Book-A-Delivery feature in the GoGo Xpress App only. It is not yet available for Sell a Product.

Yes. Customers can only book Same Day Pick Up from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. All bookings made from 2:00 PM onwards will be picked up the next day. We don’t do pick-ups on Sundays and National Holidays.
Our ka-GGX Rider Partner will only attempt to pick up your booked item once.
GoGo Xpress’ standard delivery schedules will be followed. To avoid such an incident, we highly encourage you to coordinate with your buyer/recipient so that he knows when to expect a delivery from you.
No, we will pick up any number of parcels as long as they were booked through the GoGo Xpress app. Please note, however, that our Ka-GGX Rider Partner will only wait a maximum of 15 minutes for you to hand over your parcels, so please be mindful of this and be ready with your parcel/s and cash payment (if Pay Upon Pick-up) when the rider arrives at your pick-up location.
No need to worry, because we have already sent email and SMS notices to all existing XPost users.
XPost will accept transactions until 11:59PM of January 15, 2021. After this, you may still log-in, view your transactions and earnings history, including tracking status of all your shipments until 11:59PM of January 30, 2021.
XPost will be redirected to GoGo Xpress starting 12:00AM of January 31, 2021
January 15, 2021 will be the last day of booking orders on XPost. After which, you may still view your transactions and earnings history, including tracking status of all your shipments until January 30, 2021

GoGo Xpress runs on a different platform from XPost, as such your order history will not be viewable on GoGo Xpress.
GoGo Xpress doesn’t support plug-ins at the moment. This is a feature that we will be rolling out soon.
GoGo Xpress is designed for one-to-one transactions between a seller and a buyer, where price negotiations are expected to have happened and agreed upon prior to booking a delivery or order confirmation. As such, GoGo Xpress doesn’t support seller-to-buyer discounts and promo codes. But be assured that this is a feature that we considered for future service enhancements.
