1. Promo Overview

The "Hustle-Naryo Points to Million" Raffle Promo is organized by QuadX Inc. (GoGo Xpress).

• Promo Period: April 21, 2026, to October 31, 2026.
• Coverage: Open to all users with registered pickup addresses in:
  • NCR: All cities and municipalities.
  • Select Rizal: Angono, Antipolo, Binangonan, Cainta, Rodriguez, San Mateo, and Taytay.
  • Select Batangas: Batangas City, Lipa City, San Pascual, Sto. Tomas, and Tanauan City.

2. Eligibility

• Qualified Participants: Open to all registered Individual and Retail account holders of GoGo Xpress, aged 18 and above, who have explicitly opted into the promo via the "Join Now" button on the GoGo Xpress Dashboard.
• Service Inclusion: All successfully delivered transactions initiated via the GoGo Xpress Mobile App, Official Web Dashboard, and integrated e-commerce store plugins (e.g., Shopify) qualify. This applies to all current and future delivery service types made available on these platforms during the promo period, provided the booking occurs after the user’s successful opt-in.
• Exclusions:
  • Corporate Accounts and accounts under special/custom/negotiated contracts are not eligible.
  • Transactions where the Net Shipping Fee is ₱0.00 (e.g., orders fully covered by 100% discount vouchers) are not eligible for points or raffle entries.
  • Employees of QuadX Inc. and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified.
• Data Disclosure: By clicking "Join Now" and ticking the consent box, participants provide an explicit undertaking for QuadX Inc. to collect their Full Name, Mobile Number, Email Address, and complete Home Address from their registered profile for the purpose of entry validation and winner notification.

3. Mechanics: How to Join and Earn Entries

• Explicit Opt-In: Participation is not automatic. Users must navigate to the promo dashboard within the GoGo Xpress App or Web Portal and click "JOIN NOW." Only successful deliveries completed after the opt-in timestamp qualify for points.
• Entry Conversion: Every ten (10) Perks+ points (where 1 point = 1 qualified delivered transaction) earned converts to one (1) Electronic Raffle Entry (E=P/10).
• Progress Tracking: Participants can track their progress via the 'Hustle-Meter' in the GoGo Xpress App/Web Dashboard. Points and entries are updated within 24 hours of a 'Delivered' status to allow for final transaction verification. Note: Displayed points remain subject to a final integrity audit during the draw extraction.
• Carry-Over Logic: Remainder points (1–9) are carried over to the succeeding month’s accumulation. No points are wasted during the promo duration.

4. Fair Play and Fraud Prevention

• Zero-Shipping Fee Filter: Transactions where the Net Shipping Fee is ₱0.00 (e.g., 100% discount vouchers) are ineligible for raffle entries.
• Right of Reversal: QuadX Inc. reserves the right to disqualify entries and reverse points associated with tracking numbers found to be fraudulent, fictitious, or "Return to Sender" (RTS) status. This reversal may occur even if the points were previously reflected on the user’s dashboard following the 24-hour verification window. This ensures that only successfully completed and legitimate "Delivered" transactions remain in the final raffle pool.
• Hustle Ledger: A Centralized Master Ledger shall serve as the primary System of Record for DTI inspection.

5. Prize Structure and Draw Schedule

• Total Prize Pool Value: ₱1,300,000.00
  • Grand Prize: One (1) winner of ₱1,000,000.00 Cash.
  • Monthly Prizes: Thirty (30) winners (5 per month) of Boss Success Kits valued at ₱10,000.00 each (Total Monthly Prize Value: ₱300,000.00).

• Prizes
  • Monthly Draw: Five (5) winners per month will each receive a "Boss Success Kit" valued at ₱10,000.00. Each kit includes:
    • ₱5,000.00 Cash (disbursed via GCash).
    • One (1) Techlife Pad Lite 8 LTE (8-inch Screen, 4GB RAM | 64GB ROM, 4G LTE + Wi-Fi). SRP: ₱5,000.00.
  • Grand Draw: One (1) winner will receive ₱1,000,000.00 (₱1M) CASH (issued via Corporate Check).
• Taxation:
  • Pursuant to BIR regulations, the 20% Final Tax on prizes exceeding ₱10,000.00 (the Grand Prize) shall be for the account of the winner and will be withheld by QuadX Inc. prior to disbursement.
  • For the Monthly Boss Success Kits, QuadX Inc. shall shoulder the 20% tax should the final procurement value exceed ₱10,000.00, ensuring the winner receives the full advertised prize value.
• Schedule of Draws

All draws (Monthly and Grand Prize) will be conducted via RandomPicker.com , an independent third-party drawing service, in the presence of a DTI representative. This ensures a cryptographically secure (CSPRNG) and tamper-proof selection process.

6. Winner Selection, Validation, and Notification

• Succession Logic & Reserve Winners: For every draw, Reserve Winners (two per Primary Winner) will be identified in a recorded Order of Precedence. These winners are ranked (e.g., Reserve 1, Reserve 2) at the time of the draw. If a Primary Winner is disqualified during the validation phase, the prize will be awarded to the next eligible Reserve Winner in the established sequence.
• Winning Once Rule: A participant may win only once (1) per monthly draw. Winning a monthly prize does not disqualify the participant from the Grand Prize.
• Two-Tier Eligibility Verification:
  • Tier 1: Automated System Filter: A pre-loaded Employee Exclusion Registry will programmatically block known employee accounts from the raffle pool prior to the extraction.
  • Tier 2: Manual Audit & HR Verification: All potential winners (Primary and Reserve) will be placed in a "Pending Verification" status. The Compliance and HR teams will cross-verify the winner’s identity, transaction validity (checking for Fraud/RTS), and 2nd-degree relative status against internal databases.
• Final Eligibility Clearance: Prizes will only be released once the audit team officially clears the status as "Eligible." If a Primary Winner is tagged "Ineligible," the system automatically promotes the first-ranked Reserve Winner for verification.
• Official Notification: Winners shall be notified via Registered Mail, Email, Viber, and SMS. Pursuant to RA 7394, the notification sent via Registered Mail to the participant’s registered home address shall serve as the official and final notice for the purpose of the 60-day redemption countdown.

7. Claiming of Prizes

• Redemption Period: Winners have sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of the registered mail to claim their prize. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of QuadX Inc. with prior DTI approval.
• Requirements: To claim the prize, the winner must present the Original Notification Letter sent via Registered Mail along with two (2) valid government IDs at the QuadX Head Office (360 C. Raymundo Avenue, Pasig City).
• Data Retention: Winner records (KYC and proof of delivery) shall be retained for five (5) years. General entry logs will be kept for one (1) year, after which PII of non-winners will be programmatically anonymized (DPA 2012).
• Disbursement:  Cash prizes will be issued net of the 20% Final Tax.
• Publicity: By claiming a prize, the winner consents to the use of their name and likeness for GoGo Xpress promotional purposes.
