What is the process for filing a claim?

Email us at customercare@gogoxpress.com and attach the relevant documents.

You will need to provide the following: pick up receipt (for the Seller), screenshot of the order page with the tracking information; photo of the damaged item/s received by the buyer.

  1. The claimant can file a Claim email to customercare@gogoxpress.com by sending the following information:
    • Reason for Claim
    • Tracking Number
    • Delivery Commencement Date
  2. Attach applicable supporting documents:
    • Pick up receipt
    • Screenshot of the order page with the tracking information
    • Photos of the damaged item and packaging in all angles
    • Others documents as needed
    • GoGo Xpress reserves the right to require additional documents and/or information that are necessary in the proper evaluation of the claim.
