GoGo Xpress merchants can access two loyalty tiers: BASIC and EXCLUSIVE. Initially, all merchants are placed in the BASIC tier. After achieving 100 delivered transactions, they are automatically promoted to the EXCLUSIVE tier. Once you reach this significant milestone, your customer loyalty remains constant. You won’t go back to the basic level, you’ll enjoy exclusive benefits for a lifetime!

You can accumulate points by accomplishing tasks, which involve educating customers about products and features, using the platform, and maintaining a good GGX merchant rating.

Rewards that can be redeemed vary from service related benefits such as free delivery, business solutions like subscription to a content editor, non-service perks like lifestyle vouchers (food, wellness, fashion, and other different vouchers from different stores), and cash rebates.
