GoGo Xpress merchants can access two loyalty tiers: BASIC and EXCLUSIVE. Initially, all merchants are placed in the BASIC tier. After achieving 100 delivered transactions, they are automatically promoted to the EXCLUSIVE tier. Once you reach this significant milestone, your customer loyalty remains constant. You won’t go back to the basic level, you’ll enjoy exclusive benefits for a lifetime!
You can accumulate points by accomplishing tasks, which involve educating customers about products and features, using the platform, and maintaining a good GGX merchant rating.
Rewards that can be redeemed vary from service related benefits such as free delivery, business solutions like subscription to a content editor, non-service perks like lifestyle vouchers (food, wellness, fashion, and other different vouchers from different stores), and cash rebates. Merchants can receive “double points” which can boost their rewards every time they perform well and maintain a good GGX merchant rating.
Exclusive customers will automatically activate premium benefits and will enjoy special advantages specifically designed for our VIP customers as soon as they reach the tier. In addition to these, they will also receive extra perks.
Once upgraded to exclusives, delivery transactions will revert back to 0 as basis for tiered discount but points will remain as is.
Tiered discounts will not apply to special priced offers of GGX (example introductory prices). Customers can still avail of promo codes on top of the tiered discounts.
