Successfully booked COD and Non-COD orders with the status “For Pick-up” or “Booking Confirmed” can be canceled. Just go to “Orders” and click on the order/s to cancel. Select “More Actions” then indicate the reason for cancelation. Select “Cancel Order” and your order is now canceled.

To check your delivery status, all you have to do is refer to the “Processed Orders” tab and click “Track”. Buyer can also track orders by inputting their tracking number here.

If you don’t have Cash on Delivery (COD) set up, all you have to do is go to “Settings”, click “Payments” then go to “Manual Payment Method” and select “Cash on Delivery COD”.
How do I process Shopify orders paid by the receiver?

For Cash on Delivery (COD) paid by the Receiver, all you have to do is select “Payment Due Later” after creating your order, and “Payment Terms” will pop out at the bottom. Choose “Due on Receipt”, click “Create Order” and change your expected payment method to “Cash on Delivery (COD)”. Click “Create Order” and you’re good to go!

After selecting your pouch size, choose the payment option that indicates it will be paid by the sender then click “Confirm Pick-up”. Merchant will receive SMS, in-app, and Shopify push notifications after booking orders and the Buyer will receive SMS notifications.
How do I request a pick-up through Shopify?

- From GoGo Xpress Shopify App, go to New Orders then click on Request Pickup.
- Choose Pouch Size and Payment Option.
- Pouch Sizes and Box are available with the corresponding Shipping fee. Please take note of the packaging sizes and weight limits to avoid order to fail.
- Payment Option available for now is Cash|Pay Upon Pickup. Seller needs to pay the rider the Shipping fee upon pickup.
- After choosing Pouch Size and Payment Option, click on CONFIRM PICK-UP button proceed with your request. Order status will be updated to FOR PICK-UP. Note that all orders with status before 12:00 midnight will be picked-up the next day.

- Search for GoGo Xpress in the Shopify App Store, or visit our page by clicking THIS LINK.
- Click on ADD APP, and login to your Shopify store.
- Click on INSTALL APP, to proceed with the Gogo Xpress app installation.
- Login to your GoGo Xpress account or register if you don’t have one yet.
- Complete your account information. First setup your PICK-UP ADDRESS. This is where GoGo Xpress will pick-up all your booked Shopify store orders.
- Next is to nominate and enter your BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS. This is where your successfully delivered Shopify store earnings will be deposited.
- Lastly, click INSTALL PLUGIN to complete installation. You will be redirected to your Gogo Xpress Shopify dashboard
- That’s it! You now have access to your GoGo Xpress Shopify dashboard
