How do I use GoKita?
With your online store all set up, you can track your progress through our Performance Dashboard. Check your sales and weekly data so you know how to grow your business better.
- Click on More Features on your GoGo Xpress Dashboard and choose GoKita
- Click Install GoKita and once installed, you will now be able to track and review your shop’s progress!
From there you will be able to view your Custom Experience, Repeat Customers, On-Time Deliveries, On-Time Pick-ups, Average Pick-up Attempts) & Credibility Metrics (Failed Pick-up Rate, Return Rate, Refused-to-Accept Rate, RTA-RTS Rate).
