Once the customer has booked a delivery thru the GoGo Xpress app and has chosen the Drop-Off option, they can bring the parcels to the Drop-Off Station on their own convenient time, no need to wait for a Pick-up Rider. Customers can also contact the Drop-Off Station in advance to coordinate the drop-off or if the Drop-Off Station is willing to pick up the parcels from them. Special price drop Drop-Off Rates are also given to Drop-Off customers.
