What if my goods are lost or damaged in transit
For Claims on incomplete or damaged orders: The Claim must be made within 72 hours from the date of delivery to the recipient or date of return to the Seller.
Claims for damaged items where the delivery of the item has been fulfilled as evidenced by a duly acknowledged proof of delivery (POD) from our partner courier is generally not accepted; such claims will be settled by the Seller directly with the Buyer.
For Claims on Undelivered orders where the package is still In-Transit, except if confirmed as Return-To-Sender (RTS) orders, this must be filed within the 20th to the 30th day from pick-up date or drop-off should be You shall have ten (10) days from the last day of the 50-day period to file a Claim.
