You can file a claim by fully accomplishing the Claims form. Fill out the form for every transaction and incident, which can be downloaded here. Fill out the form completely, along with the supporting documents and email to email@example.com.
You will need to provide the following: pick up receipt (for the Seller), screenshot of the order page with the tracking information; photo of the damaged item/s received by the buyer.
- The claimant can file a Claim email to firstname.lastname@example.org by sending the following information:
- Reason for Claim
- Tracking Number
- Delivery Commencement Date
- Attach applicable supporting documents:
- Pick up receipt
- Screenshot of the order page with the tracking information
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging in all angles
- Others documents as needed
- GoGo Xpress reserves the right to require additional documents and/or information that are necessary in the proper evaluation of the claim.
