TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Eligibility: The Promotion is applicable to GoGo Xpress Standard Delivery Services (single or bulk) booked via the app or website within the following areas: Makati, Manila, Marikina, Muntinlupa, Parañaque, Las Piñas, Quezon City, Pasig, Valenzuela, Antipolo, Cainta, Imus, Bacoor, General Trias, Dasma.

Promotion Period: The Promotion is valid for pickup and deliveries scheduled between August 15 and September 14, 2023.

Discount Coupon: A discount coupon of P50 will be applied to the total cost of shipments that are not delivered within the next-day delivery promise to the recipient.

Eligibility Criteria: Shipments that have undergone at least one delivery attempt within the estimated delivery date are not eligible for this Promotion.

Exclusions: Delays caused by factors such as refusal to accept, consignee not available, out of delivery zone, no payment, acts of God, and Force majeure are not eligible for this Promotion.

Coupon Distribution: Discount coupons will be issued to the sender via eMail, Viber, or SMS every Tuesday. These coupons will cover deliveries from the previous week.

Usage Restrictions: Discount coupons are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash. They can only be used for future shipments and cannot be applied retroactively.

Modification and Termination: We reserve the right to modify, extend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.

General: Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms. This Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
